Ryan DeCaire

Ryan DeCaire currently serves as Chief Executive Officer at Paw Prosper since February 2022 and is a Partner at 3GP Capital since September 2021. Prior experience includes a partnership at Ashbridge Partners from 2018 to September 2021 and a role as President of Geroline Inc. from February 2019 to July 2021, which was sold to SureWerx in October 2020. Earlier in their career, Ryan held positions as a Senior Associate at Onex from 2016 to 2018 and as an Investment Banking Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from 2014 to 2016. Ryan began their career as an Analyst at Auxo Management LP in 2012. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Ivey Business School at Western University.
