Edwin Tandoh

Edwin Tandoh has been working in the financial services industry since 2016. In 2016, they began as a Graduate Trainee at MTN Ghana, where they prepared tripartite contracts between Mobilemoney Limited, a partner bank and a client to offer payment services. Edwin also prepared weekly, monthly, and yearly reports on the services offered to clients and clients' transactions, volumes, and commissions. Additionally, they facilitated the setup of mobile money merchants (clients) using BMC and Ericsson Converged Wallet (EWC). In 2017, they were promoted to Business Development Officer at MTN Ghana, where they evaluated operational processes for the Financial Services business area and improved opportunities to promote a customer focused culture. Edwin also led client engagement, service discussions and resolution of complaints for corporates, schools, and other commercial organisations. Edwin also liaised and supported the technical team to manage the platform performance, upgrades, and other modifications. In 2022, they joined pawaPay as a Partner Success Manager.

Edwin Tandoh obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accounting Option) from Radford University College in 2016. Prior to that, they obtained their WASSCE from Labone Senior High School in 2012.
