Jamie Steell

Jamie Steell has over ten years of experience in finance and operations. In 2010, they began their career as an Audit Assistant Manager at KPMG. In 2014, they became the Group Financial Controller at Sportech, where they were responsible for direct reporting to the Group CFO, project management, and financial risk management. Jamie also served as the Interim Group Financial Controller and the Group Accountant. In 2018, they took on the role of Director of Finance at betPawa. Currently, they are the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Finance and Operations at pawaPay, where they oversee the company's payment methods for African consumers and simplifies international transfers to Africa.

Jamie Steell attended the University of Glasgow from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Accounting. Prior to that, they attended Duncanrig Secondary from 2000 to 2006.
