Layla Dolfen

Layla Dolfen has a solid work experience in various roles and organizations. Layla currently holds the position of Vorstand at PAWLIK Digital AG since January 2022. Prior to this, Layla worked at Pawlik Consultants GmbH where they served in multiple roles. Layla was the Chief Operating Officer from January 2021, and before that, they were the Team Lead Project Management from October 2019 to December 2020, Team Lead Key Account from June 2018 to September 2019, and Assistant to the CEO from April 2017 to May 2018.

Before joining Pawlik Consultants GmbH, Layla worked at Eurofins from 2014. Layla started as a Marketing Internship from August 2014 to January 2015, then continued as a Bachelorarbeit from February 2015 to May 2015. Afterwards, they worked as a Junior Marketing Project Manager from June 2015 to October 2016, and later as a Marketing Project Manager from November 2016 to March 2017.

Layla Dolfen attended Leuphana University of Lüneburg from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Psychology.
