Kenny Fitzgerald has a diverse work experience in litigation and recovery roles. Kenny started their career at First Data Corporation/Western Union as a Litigation Supervisor, where they managed the Litigation Department and ensured agent compliance. Kenny then moved on to Qwest Communications as a Senior Litigation Workout Specialist, where they handled large problem accounts and managed all aspects of litigation. At Key Equipment Finance, they served as a Litigation Coordinator for Collections and Risk Management, developing a litigation program and managing outside legal counsel. Kenny joined Pawnee Leasing Corporation as the Vice President of Litigation and Recovery, where they reviewed defaults and improved the initial credit review process. Kenny also projected charge-offs and managed non-accrual status to effectively handle problem leases. Finally, Kenny worked briefly at Collect America as the Director of Litigation and Recovery.

Kenny Fitzgerald completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Law from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in the years 1993 to 1999. Following that, they obtained an ABA Certification in Civil Law from the Denver Legal Institute in 1999. Later, in the years 2002 to 2004, Kenny pursued a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
