This introductory chat experience is catalyzed via email, and is focused on gathering information about the upcoming visit.
Pre-visit

The application is tasked with creating a synopsis for both the vet and client. This is through a recording function which monitors the interaction and gives actionable feedback to the client, and SOAP notes for the veterinarian.
During Visit

This portion of the chatbot is responsible for drawing on previous data from the visit to be able to answer questions from the visit as well as give tactical advice on pet care.
