Victor Martin

Victor Martin serves as the Commander at District 22 for The American Legion, Department of California, leading a coalition of 26 posts dedicated to supporting service members, veterans, and their families. As National Director of Community Engagement at Solara Mental Health, Victor focuses on veteran-specific mental health initiatives. Additionally, Victor holds the position of 2nd Vice President of the San Diego Veterans Coalition, contributing to membership engagement and grant management. Victor’s past roles include Executive Director of the Warrior Resource Project, Director of Veteran Services at Shelter to Soldier, and chairing the San Diego VA Mental Health Advocacy Council. A former Mineman Petty Officer Second Class in the US Navy, Victor is committed to fostering support systems for veterans through various organizations.
