Jennifer Convy has a strong background in wildlife and animal welfare. In 1996, they joined PAWS - Progressive Animal Welfare Society as the Senior Director of Wildlife, Companion and Education Services, where they oversee the daily operations and strategic planning for the animal care and education departments. In 2003, they became a founding board member of the Washington Wildlife Rehabilitation Association and held various roles, including board member, executive committee member, and president, until 2015.
