Samantha Fini

Samantha Fini, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of People and Culture at PAX Health since September 2023. Prior to this role, Samantha held various positions at TRI-K Industries, including Assistant Manager People Energy and Human Resources Generalist, from March 2022 to April 2023, and worked at SOBA New Jersey as a Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Administrator from January 2019 to March 2022. Samantha's career began at kate spade new york, where responsibilities included Talent Acquisition Supervisor and Sales Supervisor. Earlier experience includes a Licensed Social Worker position at JCCA, and an internship at the Mental Health Association, complemented by work as a Psychiatric Technician at Garnet Health Medical Center. Samantha holds a Master of Social Work from Yeshiva University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Hartford.
