Roland Ingold

Roland Ingold has over three decades of experience in the IT and insurance sectors, currently serving as Leiter IT and Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung at Pax Versicherung since April 2012. Previous roles include Leiter Softwareentwicklung and HRM at POHN IT-Consulting GmbH and a pivotal position as Teilhaber at nag informatik AG. Roland began their career as an Analytiker and Programmierer at Berner Lebensversicherungs-Gesellschaft, further enhancing expertise through leadership positions. Educational qualifications include an Executive Master of Business Administration from Kalaidos Fachhochschule Schweiz and a diploma in Wirtschaftsinformatik from Wirtschafts- und Kaderschule Bern.
