Dave Karle

Dave Karle currently serves as Vice President of Strategic Communications at Pax8, a role assumed in December 2023. Previously, Karle was a co-founder of a stealth startup from September to December 2023 and held the position of Senior Program Manager at Amazon from June 2022 to September 2023. Before that, Karle was the CEO and Director of GrokIt Incorporated (dba VIZulocity) for over a decade, where the focus was on speechwriting, communications, and developing software products to enhance creativity for corporate clients. Karle's career began at Microsoft, holding various titles including Executive Communications Manager in the Worldwide Partner Group and Technical Program Manager, where strong communication skills were cultivated. Prior military experience includes serving as an Infantryman in the US Army for nearly 15 years. Educational qualifications include a degree in Political Science from the University of Washington and a Master’s in Military History from Norwich University.
