Jordan Holbrook is a professional with extensive experience in technical support and training. Currently serving as the Manager of Technical Support at Pax8 since May 2021, Jordan previously held roles as a Level 2 Support Engineer and Learning and Development Specialist at Subfero. Jordan's background includes work as an Honorary Research Assistant with the Male Psychology Network, where research on gender bias and methodology was conducted, as well as positions in customer service and marketing. With a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Effects and Motion Graphics from the University of South Wales, Jordan combines technical expertise with strong communication and analytical skills.
