Klaus Dimmler

As Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer at Pax8, Klaus provides the vision and technical strategy for the company. He leads the development of innovations that drive the next-generation distribution of cloud products and services. Under his guidance, Pax8 transforms silos created by multiple vendors into seamlessly managed IT solutions, offering partners automated provisioning, unified recurring billing, intelligent integration, product life cycle management, analytics, and unified dashboards.

Klaus brings a diverse and informed perspective on technology shaped by his broad range of experiences with multiple-sized companies and various subject matters. Early in his career, his work focused on semiconductor processing and circuit design for AT&T, Bell Laboratories, and Motorola. He entered the start-up community, pioneering work for Lattice Semiconductor, Inmos, Cypress Semiconductor, Ramtron, and Simtek. In the last 25 years, Klaus founded several start-up companies with disciplines ranging from the Internet to semiconductors.

Klaus earned a BS and Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University. A constant inventor, he holds 33 patents. In his spare time, Klaus enjoys flying drones, skiing, 3D printing, automating his house with numerous IoT devices, and endlessly exploring the ever-growing universe of new cloud applications.
