Pathum Bandara

Pathum Bandara is currently serving as the Microsoft Tech for Social Impact Manager - Global at Pax8 since April 2023. Previously, Pathum held the position of Tech for Social Impact (TSI) Lead at rhipe from March 2021 to December 2022, where leadership of the "rhipe for Change" team resulted in a 67% overall TSI year-over-year revenue growth in FY22, and contributed to the addition of over 250 new nonprofit customers. Pathum's achievements include winning the CRN Impact Awards ’22 and the ARN Innovation Awards ’22 for the rhipe for Change program. Prior roles include Customer Success Associate at the Australian War Memorial and Visitor Services Officer at The Big Group. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Sports and Exercise from the University of Canberra and a Bachelor of Science in Medical Bioscience from Monash University Malaysia. Ongoing education includes courses from Dataquest.io and Trailhead by Salesforce.
