Ray McGrath

Ray McGrath is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in channel management and strategic partnerships, currently serving as the Director of Microsoft Alliances Europe at Pax8 since March 2024. McGrath also holds the position of Director at Linipo Ltd, beginning in 2023. Previously, McGrath was the General Manager for the Nordics, UK, and Ireland at Acronis from 2016 to 2023, overseeing sales, marketing, and operations while driving significant growth in one of the company's key regions. Additional roles at Acronis included Head of Global Strategic Partners, Global Channel Lead, and Global Consumer Lead, where McGrath was instrumental in developing global distribution strategies and enhancing revenue. Prior to Acronis, McGrath worked at Spinpanel as a Strategic Advisor during its international expansion, and held various roles at Microsoft from 2008 to 2016, including Global Digital Distribution Lead. McGrath began a career in business development at Ingram Micro from 2006 to 2008. McGrath holds a BA in Finance and Economics from Maynooth University.
