Ross Defilippis

Ross DeFilippis is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in social media strategy and execution. Currently serving as Senior Director of Social Media at Pax8 since August 2020, Ross leads the global social media presence and go-to-market strategies, overseeing all facets from content ideation to data analysis. Prior to Pax8, Ross held leadership roles at Superfly, including Director of Social Media and VP of Social Media, where the focus was on major entertainment properties such as Outside Lands and Bonnaroo. Experience also includes work at Ogilvy, developing integrated social media campaigns, and Zocalo Group, managing strategies for notable brands. Ross began a career in marketing at Charter Communications as an intern and copywriter after earning a BA in Mass Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
