Rupali Vyas is the Director of Operations at Pax8, where they lead Sales Transformation initiatives. Previously, Rupali held various roles at Cisco, including Strategy & Planning Lead and Chief of Staff, where they drove record-breaking growth and optimized operations. Their experience also includes consulting positions at Centrica, E.ON, and Mott MacDonald, as well as a significant leadership role at BroadSoft, shaping the shift to a SaaS model. Rupali earned an MBA from the University of Nottingham, complementing a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy from De Montfort University.
