Tharani Sansom

Tharani Sansom currently serves as the Senior Director of Partner Support EMEA at Pax8, a position held since June 2023. Prior to this role, Tharani was with Datto, Inc. from July 2017 to May 2023, advancing from EMEA Director of Technical Support to Global Director of Technical Support, contributing significantly to support strategy, operations, and post-acquisition initiatives. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at Autotask Corporation, where Tharani managed Services EMEA, growing teams and services, and at Kaseya, where Tharani developed the UK Channel Partner Network and EMEA Service Delivery model. Tharani's career began at Rackspace Managed Hosting, where various roles involved business development and service delivery.
