Chandler Williams began their career in 2004 as a Waiter at Denny's. In 2006, they joined the U.S Army Infantry. In 2013, they took on various roles in the 10th Mountain Division Air Operations Program, including Program/Project Manager, Task Force Commander, and Assistant Brigade Operations Officer. In 2020, they became a Product Manager and Full Stack/iOS App Engineer at Keyes Information Technology. In 2021, they were a Pathways Operations Manager at Amazon and Co-founder and CEO of Triples Cleaning Services. Currently, they are a Strategic Project Manager at PAXAFE.

Chandler Williams has an extensive education history. Chandler obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from the United States Air Force Academy in 2012. Chandler then went on to obtain a Bachelor's of Science in Life Science with Computer Science Track from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2013. In 2017, they earned a Master's Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Missouri University of Science and Technology. Chandler then went on to obtain certifications from the Athletics and Fitness Association of America - AFAA, US Army, Project Management Institute, Amazon, Scrum Alliance, and ASQ Human Development and Leadership Division. Currently, they are a candidate for a Master of Business Administration - MBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Chandler also holds a Top Secret - SCI clearance.
