Aishwarya Bandla possesses extensive experience in clinical innovation and research, currently serving as Clinical Innovation Manager and Research & Development Manager at Paxman Scalp Cooling. Previously, Aishwarya held the position of Principal Investigator and Head of Translational Core at The N.1 Institute for Health, and worked as a Senior Research Fellow. Aishwarya also collaborated with the National University Cancer Institute in Singapore as a Research Affiliate and contributed as a Guest Associate Editor for Frontiers in Digital Health (Personalized Medicine). Aishwarya's research background includes roles as a Research Fellow and Research Engineer at the Singapore Institute for Neurotechnology (SINAPSE). Aishwarya holds a Ph.D. in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Anna University Chennai.
