Joe Bailey

Joe Bailey is a seasoned professional in pipeline project management, currently serving as the Sr. Project Manager for Pipeline Services at Paxon Energy & Infrastructure Services since March 2020, a company recognized as one of the No. 9 Fastest Growing Companies in the USA. Prior to this role, Joe held the position of Pipeline Operations Manager and Project Manager at Elite Production Services from September 2018 to September 2019. Joe’s career began at CETCO Energy Services, where from February 2008 to June 2015, Joe was a Project Manager Team Lead. Joe has successfully managed various pipeline projects both offshore and onshore across the United States and Mexico.
