Lesley Chavkin

Lesley Chavkin currently serves as the Global Head of Public Policy at Paxos, a financial technology company, since February 2024. In addition, Chavkin holds the position of Nonresident Senior Fellow at the Geoeconomics Center of the Atlantic Council. Previously, Chavkin was the Head of Policy at the Stellar Development Foundation and served as Vice President of Global Engagement at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Other notable roles include International Economist and Financial Attaché to Qatar and Kuwait at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, and Economic Analyst at the Central Intelligence Agency. Chavkin’s early experience includes being a Corps Member at Teach for America. Education includes a Master’s Degree in International Affairs from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and ongoing studies in financial inclusion policy and applied economics at prominent institutions.
