Sarah Breslow has extensive work experience in the legal field. Sarah currently works at Paxos as a Regulatory Counsel, a position they have held since March 2022. Prior to joining Paxos, Sarah worked at Morgan Stanley from June 2019 to March 2022, where they served as Vice President, Financial Crimes Counsel in the Global Financial Crimes Legal Advisory Group. In this role, they provided legal advice on anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, and sanctions to various business lines within the organization. Before joining Morgan Stanley, Sarah worked at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP from October 2014 to June 2019 as an Associate in the Litigation Department. Here, they represented clients in criminal and internal investigations, regulatory enforcement actions, and civil litigations. Sarah also gained experience as a Law Clerk at the US District Court, Eastern District of New York from August 2013 to August 2014 and as a Trial Preparation Assistant at the New York County District Attorney's Office from July 2008 to July 2010.
Sarah Breslow completed their Doctor of Law (JD) degree at Cornell Law School from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned their AB degree in History from Princeton University, graduating in the year 2008. Sarah also obtained a certification as a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMLS) from ACAMS in January 2020.
