Vikas Sood

Vikas Sood is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and strategic operations. Currently serving as the Executive Head of Strategic Programs and Product Operations at Paxos since November 2018, Vikas has held multiple key roles, including Technical Advisor to the CEO and Interim Co-Head of Product. Vikas contributed to First Round Capital as a Product Management Expert in Residence, advising portfolio companies on strategic goals and product launches. Previously, Vikas held significant positions at Flatiron Health, overseeing product management and expanding the team, and at ZocDoc, where Vikas managed physician-related products and achieved an 85% reduction in physician churn rate. Vikas's earlier roles include Director of Strategic Partnerships at Dstillery, Manager at Google, and Program Manager at the Transportation Security Administration. Vikas holds an MBA from The Wharton School and has a self-taught background in development.
