Andrew MacNicol, PCHA, has extensive experience in personal care and health management. Currently serving as a Personal Care Home Administrator and Medications Manager at Paxton Ministries since April 2017, Andrew oversees medication administration processes and advocates for residents' healthcare needs. Previous roles include Integrative Health Coach at LivingWell Institute, Outreach Manager at CrossPoint Church, and various positions in healthcare administration, including Insurance and Billing Coordinator at Hershey Dental Associates. Andrew holds a B.S. in Health Policy and Administration from Penn State University and has pursued additional education at Temple University and Evangelical Theological Seminary.

Paxton Ministries is a Christian, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization providing affordable housing and support services to adults in need, many of whom are challenged with poverty, mental illness, or intellectual disabilities. Serving the community since 1981, we strive to provide housing, help and healing in the name of Christ. We believe that every person should be treated with dignity and respect, and we work to ensure that each resident’s talents and gifts are celebrated.
