David Zilka

David Zilka, MSW, PCHA, currently serves as the Executive Director and Director of Operations at Paxton Ministries since July 2019. With extensive experience in the field of social work, David has held various roles including Adjunct Faculty at Messiah University and the Community College of Allegheny County. Prior positions include Curriculum/Trainer Development Supervisor, Western Regional Team Supervisor, and Practice Improvement Specialist at the University of Pittsburgh School of Social Work. David also worked as a Clinical Social Worker at UPMC St. Margaret and as a Behavior Specialist at JUST LIFE, INC. Academic credentials include a Master of Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor's degree in Bible/Biblical Studies and Psychology from Central Bible College, along with leadership training from Leadership Harrisburg Area.
