Emma Metzger is an experienced professional in recruitment and training, currently serving as a Delivery Development Specialist at Paxus since January 2024, where responsibilities include creating learning and development content and conducting training sessions. Previously, Emma held positions at Lime Recruitment as a Consultant and Candidate Manager, focusing on recruitment across various sectors, and at Glen Fisk as a Recruitment Resourcer in the IT field. Emma started the career as an In Home Support Assessor at SPOT4YOU & SPOT4KIDS, gaining valuable experience in client assessment within the My Aged Care and NDIS systems. Emma also holds an Advanced Diploma in Acting from Sydney Theatre School, obtained in 2017.
