Joey Franks

Joey Franks works in all areas of executive compensation to helps Boards of public and private companies understand the opportunities, risks, and trade-offs related to their executive compensation program. He consults with companies ina variety of industries, including energy, materials, industrials, health care, financials, insurance, technology, and utilities. He also works with companies at different stages of development, from high growth pre-IPO tech companies to mature companies in sunsetting industries.

Prior to joining the firm in 2018, he worked with executive compensation consulting firms in Chicago and Houston for the last six years. Before that he worked as a project manager for an advertising and marketing firm in Atlanta.

Joey received his B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Georgia.
