In this role, Michael provides support on all aspects of compensation benchmarking and incentive evaluation, with the ultimate goal of aligning reward programs with shareholder interests. Michael has three years of executive compensation consulting experience with a wide range of clients in various industries including utilities, oil and gas, manufacturing, technology, and healthcare.
