Phil Johnson

Phil Johnson is a consultant in Pay Governance’s Detroit office. Phil has eight years of HR consulting experience, including six years in executive compensation. He consults to compensation committees and senior management and his project-based experience includes executive and outside director compensation assessments, short- and long-term incentive plan designs, pay-for-performance analyses, peer group design and severance/change-in-control liability calculations.
