Jeriah Tubongbanua

Jeriah Tubongbanua has a diverse work experience. They started their career in 2015 at Credit Corp as a Customer Relationship Associate, eventually becoming a Senior Customer Relationship Associate. In 2019, they became a Team Performance Manager, where they excelled in leading and coaching a high-performing team in a debt collections company. In 2021, they joined Exclusive Rentals as a Collections Specialist for a brief period before joining Pay Ready as a Recovery Support Agent. They are currently a Resident Support Specialist at Pay Ready.

Jeriah Tubongbanua earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Tourism Management from Bataan Peninsula State University, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, they obtained a Cert III in Financial Services from TAFE NSW in January 2018.
