Shawn O'Rourke

Shawn O'Rourke is an experienced Senior Database Developer and Automation Engineer with a strong background in database management and automation. Currently employed at Paya since April 2021, Shawn previously held similar roles at Paragon Payment Solutions and Worldpay, demonstrating a consistent progression in expertise from March 2017. Shawn began a career in database administration at Charles Schwab, where responsibilities included both a full-time role and an internship from June 2008 to March 2017. Shawn holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Arizona State University, obtained from 2011 to 2013, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the same institution, earned from 2005 to 2009.
