Carolina Cicala has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Carolina has served as the Head of Talent Acquisition at payabl., where they are responsible for managing the acquisition of talent for the company. Prior to that, they worked at Exness as a Leadership Recruitment Manager and later promoted to Talent Acquisition Team Lead. In these roles, they developed and implemented recruitment strategies, built strong relationships with business leaders, and managed a team during a period of hyper growth. Carolina also worked as a Corporate Recruiter at TheSoul Publishing, sourcing and hiring top creative talent. Carolina started their career as a Recruitment Consultant at TalentMasters Executive Search, focusing on executive search within the IT, Financial Services & Telecom industries. Carolina also had experience in the restaurant industry as a Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager.

Carolina Cicala graduated from Universitatea Liberă Internațională din Moldova in 2009 with a degree in Foreign Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including Digital Marketing Foundations from LinkedIn, Developing Emerging Leaders from INSEAD Executive Education, and Building Your Leadership Skills from Coursera.
