Amir Jaffar has a range of work experience in various industries. Amir started their career as a Trainee at Warid Telecom in 2016, followed by an internship at PTCL.Official, where they were responsible for CRM customer complaints management and record management.

In 2017, they worked as a Teaching Assistant at Quaid-e-Azam University, assisting with teaching duties.

In 2019, Amir joined Mars BPO Pvt Ltd as a Customer Success Associate, providing client support and resolving escalations and issues related to the product.

Amir also worked as Venue Staff at the British Council, invigilating exams and performing assigned tasks.

Currently, they are working at Payactiv as a Client Onboarding Team Lead, overseeing and managing team onboarding activities, evaluating performance, and engaging clients to ensure product usability. Prior to this, they held the position of an Enterprise Clients Onboarding Specialist at Payactiv, where they led clients through the onboarding process, presented services, addressed concerns, and demonstrated product features.

Amir Jaffar completed their Master of Science (MS) in Energy Systems Engineering from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) from 2017 to 2019. Amir also earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Iqra University from 2010 to 2014. Furthermore, they obtained a certification in IELTS Academic with an overall band score of 7.5 from IELTS Official in November 2019.
