Muzzamil Ahmed, MBA, has had a diverse range of work experience in various companies and roles. Muzzamil began their career in 2006 as a Direct Sales Executive at Standard Chartered Bank Pakistan Limited, where they were responsible for selling auto loans and maintaining relationships with car dealers. Muzzamil later worked as a TL-Sales at Car Links, handling the sales of cars and managing the demands of new and imported vehicles.
In 2011, Muzzamil joined marcus evans Group as a Jr. Sales Executive, selling conferences and training programs in the Middle East market. Muzzamil then progressed to roles such as Sr. Executive in Delegate Acquisition, where they developed and brought in business from new and existing clients. Muzzamil also worked as a Sr. Business Consultant in In-House Training.
Following their time at marcus evans Group, Muzzamil joined Emirates NBD as a Business Development Executive. In this role, they sold credit cards and personal loans for the bank and evaluated cases according to bank policies. Muzzamil also worked as an Assistant Team Leader at Emirates Islamic, leading and coordinating a team.
Muzzamil later joined IQPC Middle East as a Sr. Delegate Acquisition, responsible for acquiring delegates for conferences. Muzzamil then moved on to Management Events as an International Sales Manager for Northern Europe, where they managed full event calendars and target group profiles. Muzzamil's responsibilities included finding the right decision makers for solution providers, arranging 1 to 1 meetings, and guaranteeing a set number of confirmed meetings.
Most recently, Muzzamil worked at Payactiv as a Business Consultant and then Senior Business Consultant, before becoming a Team Lead for Sales Development. In this role, they were responsible for bringing in business from the US and Canada, leading a team of 8 people, and analyzing team performance. Muzzamil also utilized various systems such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Zoominfo, Linkedin Navigator, and Hubspot.
Throughout their career, Muzzamil has demonstrated a strong sales and business development acumen. Muzzamil has experience in managing teams, working in fast-paced environments, and utilizing various systems and tools to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Muzzamil Ahmed, MBA completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Accounting and Finance from PAF-Karachi Institute of Economics & Technology in 2011. Muzzamil pursued their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Accounts from Karachi University, graduating in 2008. Prior to that, they obtained an Intermediate degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from PECHS Education Foundation Govt Degree Science College in 2005. Muzzamil also holds additional certifications, including "Genius of PAF KIET" from PAF KIET in 2010, "Advanced English Language" from Anglophile in 2002, and a "Driving License" from Dubai Driving Center in 2017.
