Safwan Shah

Safwan Shah is the Founder and CEO of PayActiv. Safwan was previously a faculty member at the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, where they taught entrepreneurship and innovation. Safwan is also a member of the faculty at the Lester Center for Entrepreneurship at UC Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Shah was also a venture partner and advisor at Adventure Capital Venture Management. Prior to that, they were the President and CEO of Infonox, a TSYS company. Safwan has also served as the President of Soliton Connect and as the VP of Technology at Fourth Wave, Inc.

Safwan Shah's educational career includes completing the Stanford Executive Program at Stanford University's Graduate School of Business, as well as earning a Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder. Safwan also has a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology.
