Mark Samlal

Mark Samlal has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. In 1999, they served as a Board of Directors member and General Manager at Lendlease Employer Services, which later became Pay Connect Solutions under a consortium. Mark played a key role in creating a successful partnership with ADP, leading to ADP's first direct presence in Asia Pacific.

From 2004 to 2006, Mark worked at Convergys as a Vice President. Mark then joined Omni Industries as a Board Member, Executive Director, and Corporate Development Officer, playing a crucial role in the company's turnaround and subsequent sale to AdvalTech. At VicPlas International Ltd, they served as the Group CEO, overseeing various subsidiaries and holdings.

In 2008, Mark became the Managing Director of Forefront Medical Technology, specializing in ODM/OEM services for Fortune 100 clients in the medical/healthcare industry. Simultaneously, they held the position of CEO at PayAsia, a leading provider of cloud-based payroll and HR outsourcing solutions.

Mark's expertise also extends to advisory roles. Mark served as an Advisor to the Jiangsu Wujin Economic Zone, specifically the Medical Park where Forefront Medical Technology opened a flagship facility. Currently, Mark is an Independent Director at PaySauce and the Founder of PayGroup.
