Alice Dam has been in the industry since 2013. Alice started their career at PayAssist as a Senior Account Executive, specializing in reducing credit card fees for business to business and business to government merchants. Alice provided payment solutions that are efficient and cost effective, creating strong client relationships through integrity and great customer service. In 2018, Alice started working at PayAssist again as an Operations Manager. In this role, they hired new team mates and trained new hires for existing products, services, and industry knowledge. Alice also ensured that all projects were implemented on time, within budget, and that the merchant's needs were met with execution of switching Merchant Accounts. Alice also led multiple departments in building new payment solutions for Merchants. In 2018, Alice also began working at CyberCoders as a Tech Partner in the Midwest. In this role, they had access to an amazing network of people and was responsible for starting conversations so their clients could focus on their day to day while they delivered a winning team.
Alice Dam attended Orange Coast College from 2009 to 2012, where they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Marketing. Alice then attended California State University, Fullerton from 2012 to 2016. In April 2020, they obtained a certification in Technical Support Fundamentals from Coursera.
