Alban Xheka

Alban Xheka is an experienced IT professional with a focus on systems engineering, data center operations, and virtualization. Currently serving as an IT Systems Engineer for PAYBACK since August 2022, Alban previously worked at Kyndryl as a Virtualization & Windows Systems Engineer, managing server environments and disaster recovery processes. Earlier roles included IT System Administrator at Balfin Group, where Alban oversaw various infrastructure components, and IT Specialist at Consulcesi Group, handling hardware and software installations. Alban began the IT career at Abramo Customer Care S.p.A. as an IT Support Engineer and initially worked as a Customer Service Representative at Telecom Italia. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Information Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, both from Universiteti Politeknik i Tiranës.
