Veronica Miranda

Veronica Miranda is currently the HR Director at Paybotic. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Cyient from November 2018 to October 2020. In their role at Cyient, they served as a key member of the Cyient’s North America HR Leadership Team, providing day-to-day performance management guidance to senior management, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations, and managing and resolving complex employee relations issues. Veronica also led the HR function on the expansion/acquisition of two mergers in 2019, reducing attrition and improving engagement in all their locations. From April 2019 to April 2020, Veronica successfully partnered with outside counsel to defend against wage and hours claims and workmen’s compensation claims. Veronica is currently head of the HR COVID19 response team for North America.

Veronica Miranda has a Master of Science degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, where they graduated cum laude. Veronica also has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Ashford University, and an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix.
