Gali Shirom has been working in the IT sector since 2007, starting at ERN Payment Processing. At ERN Payment Processing, they held the positions of System Analyst Team Lead, Project Manager, System Analyst, Quality Assurance Manager, Quality Assurance Team Lead, and Quality Assurance Engineer. In 2020, they moved to PayBox, where they currently hold the position of Project Manager. In their roles, they have established dedicated teams of systems analysts, defined procedures and work processes, managed projects, collected requirements for development, presented optimal business solutions, managed and trained software testers, validated test scripts, and provided user support.

Gali Shirom received a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from SCE - Shamoon College of Engineering between 2002 and 2006. In 2014, they attended John Bryce for PMO. Prior to that, they were a Program Engineer at המכללה למיינהל between 2000 and 2002.
