Laura Rosenfeld

Laura Rosenfeld has a diverse work experience. Laura began their career in 2012 as an Operations Officer in the Israeli Air Force, where they managed an F16 squadron operations room and led a team of 6 soldiers. In 2016, they joined PayBox as the VP Operations and Customer Support Manager, where they were responsible for customer success and technical support in the UK and Israel. Laura also worked closely with the financial sector, delivered financial and data reports, and analyzed suspicious activity. In 2018, they joined Leading Edge Consultants as an Associate. In this role, they provided strategic business consulting for startups and companies in a wide range of industries, analyzed technologies, and optimized pitch decks and business plans. Additionally, they served as a program manager and mentor in a joint workshop with Israeli startups, Ben-Gurion University in Beer Sheva and Northeastern University in Boston. Also in 2018, they served as a Teaching Assistant at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Finally, in 2020, they joined Flytrex as a Business Analyst, where they analyzed operational data, monitored business KPIs, and constructed data-based recommendations to streamline processes and improve efficiency. In 2022, they will become the Head of Product Operations at PayBox.

Laura Rosenfeld began their educational career in 2011, when they attended the Tzahali pre-military program for young women. Laura then attended Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2016 to 2020, where they studied Management and Business. In 2019, they participated in an Erasmus+ exchange program at Leopold-Franzens Universität Innsbruck, studying Business and Management.
