Adam Beer

Adam Beer has extensive experience in software development and management roles. Adam is currently the Director of Software Development at PayByPhone, where they lead and coaches agile development teams to deliver innovative products and features. Adam is responsible for defining development standards and implementing efficient processes for high-quality product delivery.

Prior to that, Adam worked at PayPal as a Software Development Manager. Adam directed multiple teams and provided guidance during a transitional phase, focusing on back-end integration services. Adam also facilitated the maintenance and decommissioning of platforms and data centers.

Earlier in their career, Adam held various positions at TIO Networks Corp. Adam served as a Software Development Manager, overseeing teams of developers and providing mentorship to junior and senior developers. Additionally, Adam worked as an Enterprise Integration Developer and a Team Lead, where they managed a team and made technical architecture decisions. Adam also held the role of an Enterprise Software Developer, where they designed and developed enterprise integration system solutions.

Throughout their career, Adam has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and technical expertise.

From 1999 to 2001, Adam Beer attended the British Columbia Institute of Technology, where they obtained a Diploma of Technology in Computer Systems with a specialization in Applied Artificial Intelligence.
