Teresa Trussell Capp

Teresa Trussell, CAPP has an extensive work history in the parking and mobility industry. Teresa began their career at Ohio University in 1999, where they worked at the Konneker Alumni Center for two years. In 2001, they transitioned to the role of Parking Operations Supervisor at Ohio University and held this position until 2018. In 2017, Teresa joined the International Parking & Mobility Institute (IPMI) as a member of the CAPP Board of Directors, where they served until 2020. Currently, they are employed at PayByPhone, starting in 2019 as the Sales Director for the Midwest & Southern California region, and later promoted to Senior Sales Director in May 2022. Teresa Trussell has a diverse background in parking operations and sales leadership.

Teresa Trussell, CAPP, has a strong education background in various fields. Teresa obtained a Master's Degree from Ohio University's College of Arts & Sciences in Social Sciences, graduating between the years 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's Degree from Ohio University, majoring in Human and Consumer Sciences with a focus on Customer Service Leadership, from 2015 to 2017. Teresa also holds an Associates Degree in Business Management, which they acquired from the University of Rio Grande and Rio Grande Community College, attending between 1995 and 1997.

In addition to their educational achievements, Teresa Trussell has also obtained several certifications. In 2018, they obtained the Ohio Substitute Teaching Licensure from the Ohio Department of Education. Furthermore, in 2012, they became a Certified Administrator of Public Parking (CAPP), awarded by the International Parking & Mobility Institute (IPMI).
