Stephania Herrera, SHRM-CP, is an experienced HR professional and entrepreneur with a strong background in human resources, social media strategy, and marketing. Currently serving as HR Manager and Human Resources Business Partner at PayCargo since February 2021, Stephania leads the HR department, focusing on talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement. As the Founder and Social Media Strategist of Stemma Agency since January 2019, Stephania helps entrepreneurs connect with their audiences through effective social media and online marketing strategies. Previous roles include Social Media Manager at The Tag Experience, Sales and Marketing Representative at Love Style Events, and Public Relations Manager at Style Cosmetics, among others.
