Alisha Thompson

Alisha Thompson, MHRM, PHR, currently serves as HR Business Partner III at Paychex since May 2022, following a progression to HR Business Partner II. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Director at Greenbrier Senior Living from January 2018 to May 2022, and as Human Resources Manager at Omni Hotels & Resorts for the duration of January 2017 to January 2018. Earlier roles encompass Director of Human Resources at Hilton Houston Plaza Medical Center / US Property Management from December 2014 to January 2017, as well as positions as Human Resources Coordinator at Hotel Granduca Houston and Sheraton Houston Brookhollow Hotel between June 2014 and June 2014 and August 2010 to June 2014, respectively. Alisha holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from The University of Arizona Global Campus, a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Northwestern State University, and an Associate’s Degree in Mortuary Science from the Commonwealth Institute of Funeral Service.
