Amy Fici

Amy Fici is a seasoned legal professional with extensive expertise in corporate law, cybersecurity, and privacy. As Senior Corporate Counsel at Paychex since November 2007, Amy plays a critical role in the cybersecurity crisis response team, contributing to the development and testing of incident response plans while providing legal guidance throughout incident management. Prior experience includes serving as President of the Board of Directors for Child Care Council, Inc. from January 2010 to December 2012 and working as an Attorney specializing in complex commercial litigation at Ward Norris Heller & Reidy and Phillips Lytle. Amy holds a JD from Syracuse University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Political Science from the University of Rochester.
