Aubrey Ways is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in driving business growth and sales strategy across various industries. Currently serving as the Mid Market District Sales Manager at Paychex since November 2023, Aubrey leads the Mid-Market sales team in Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, and Iowa, focusing on brand awareness and new business sales. Previously, as Enterprise Sales Manager at Neeyamo, strategic initiatives were executed to engage Fortune 500 companies in the Midwest, enhancing brand visibility and clientele. Aubrey’s tenure at Paylocity included roles from Mid Market HCM Consultant to Director of Sales, where remarkable sales achievements were demonstrated, such as significantly increasing team performance and contributing to promotions. Early career roles included positions at Intuitive, ADP, NC State Athletics, and various internships, all contributing to a strong foundation in sales and marketing. Aubrey holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from North Carolina State University.
