Brian Fielder

Brian Fielder is an experienced sales and strategy leader with a strong background in the HCM and payroll industry. Currently serving as the Director of HCM Strategy and Change Management at Paychex since April 2014, Brian has held multiple roles, including Director of Sales for the Mid-Market Sales in the West Region and Sales Planning and Operations Manager, where responsibilities included coordinating sales initiatives and analyzing KPIs. Prior experience at Paychex also encompasses roles as Sales Strategy Manager for Acquisitions and District Sales Manager for Major Market Services. Earlier positions include Field Sales Representative at CCH, a Wolters Kluwer business, and Senior Sales Consultant at Paychex, as well as a managerial role at Clear Visions Inc. Brian holds a BBA in Marketing from Texas Tech University.
