Kristine Lam

Kristine Lam serves as the EDI Team Lead at BeneTrac - Paychex Company since July 2017, overseeing the electronic data interchange processes and providing coaching to EDI Coordinators. With experience as an EDI II Coordinator at Paychex since September 2015, Kristine facilitates complex data feeds and ensures effective communication among various teams. Prior roles at BeneTrac include EDI Coordinator I, where Kristine managed communications between internal users and trading partners. Earlier experience includes positions at Northrop Grumman, QSS Group Inc., and Raytheon Corp., where Kristine developed strong technical support and troubleshooting skills. Kristine holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix, along with an A.A. in General Education.
